Spices - Whole White Pepper

This high quality White Pepper is created from the Black Pepper grown in the House of Ramapuram’s family plantations in the hill district of Coorg, in Karnataka, India. Ripened Pepper corns are handpicked and soaked in water for days and the outer skin layer removed to create White Pepper.White Pepper is used in light-coloured dishes such as white sauces and mashed potatoes for aesthetic reasons. With its origins in French cuisine, white pepper is also used in some cuisines for its specific flavour. Once opened, store in an air tight container to retain flavour and aroma.
