Sambal - Oelek

Sambal is a hot paste, famous in South East Asia, and is made from a mixture of a variety of chilli peppers with some secondary ingredients. It can be served raw or cooked. This paste will impart a distinctive hot taste to any cuisine, especially meat, poultry, seafood, and vegetable.
