Organic Seeds - Ajwain/Om Kalu

Ajwain seeds are olive green to brown in color; have like appearance to caraway or cumin seeds with vertical stripes on their external surface. Since they comprise necessary oil, thymol, their flavor intimately resembles that of thyme.
