Organic - Chick Peas in Water

Epicure chick peas are available in organic and non-organic variants. They can be used in a wide variety of dishes, from hummus, dhal, Moroccan style dishes and bean cakes and vegetarian dishes. Chick peas are a good source of zinc, protein and dietary fibre. Most canned chick peas are 6-8mm diameter. We only select the larger, fleshier 8-10mm grade.
