Foodecor Isomalt Neutral

Isomalt is a very versatile product to use; it is not only suitable for pulled sugar display work, but can also be used to make sugar figures, embellishments for cakes and stunning decorations for desserts. Isomalt is transparent so you can either leave as it is or colour it (put the lipo soluble colour before it is dissolved). The flavours are equal to that of regular sugar. It cools slowly so you have a little more time to shape the decorations.
