Black Cherry Preserve

This preserve is made using only the cherries procured locally in Himachal. It is handmade by happy mountain women who take great pride in their work, wherever possible. Hand-picked, the cherries are carefully hand sorted and meticulously hand-cut. The process used by Bhuira Jams is very labour intensive but this is its USP.
